Paul was very nice and a good salesman. He was there to help in every way possible. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the car. We have been buying cars here for many years and will share this service with others. Thank You
Huge THANKS to Kevin M. You never gave up on us. We couldn't be happier with your charming personality, customer service and for taking care of our needs. We will be back to see you. Get ready to sell more cars. Yes I will recommend YOU to friends and family. You made us a returning customer after getting the run around with everyone else!
I purchased a new Sierra pickup and couldn't have been more satisfied. My salesman knew everything about the trucks and helped me get a great deal. I would strongly recommend this business.
Best car buying experience I've ever had. Bought a brand new BMW with zero pressure. They didn't even try to sell me the extended warranty! Everyone I dealt with was great, but Bill Chapman was the best. He made sure I knew the features of my new car, took me on a spirited test drive to highlight the different transmission settings, and answered every question I had, even after the sale. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from them and will send them as much business as I can.
We've purchased 8 vehicles from Husker over the past 6 years and keep coming back because we ALWAYS get the best deal for our new and used vehicles. We drive from Omaha to work with Husker because they ALWAYS give us the best deal, especially compared to our local BMW and Mercedes dealers. Jared in BMW/Mercedes sales is awesome to work with and it stems from the top down, beginning with Robert, the General Manager. We will be back!!
he vehicle that my family and I were looking for was a 2013 Chevy Traverse. Our research showed that it would be a great vehicle that would meet the needs of our growing family. The 2013 Traverse that we ended up buying is an outstanding and well manufactured and engineered piece of machinery. We feel that our car is very sleek and smooth, was very affordable, and is larger than most other mid-sized SUVs that we researched. We are completely satisfied with our selection of our 2013 2LT Traverse, and the fact that it is loaded from top to bottom with outstanding & useful features.
The service we received from Husker Auto was top notch from beginning to end. Our primary sales consultant was Ben Zeiger, and our primary sales manager was Kirk Fleck. They are both outstanding people to meet, to get to know, and to work with. They did a great job of communicating with us throughout the entire process, whether it was a phone call, email, or text message. The whole car buying experience at Husker Auto was very relaxing, enjoyable, and straight forward. Ben and Kirk are men of integrity and they went out of their way to show that they truly cared about me and my wife. I never felt that they were just trying to sell a car. However, I do feel that they offered us an outstanding & very fair deal.
Even our experience in the finance department with Brandon Hartsock was completely unexpected and like a breath of fresh air. There was no pressuring at all from him to buy any of the add on insurance policies. He did a great job of educating us on Husker Auto's offerings, which would protect the investment we just made in the Traverse. Brandon was very professional, respectful, and kind to me and my wife from beginning to end. He did an outstanding job of caring for us as people.
I found a 2002 BMW 330ci on the internet that had just been taken in by your dealership a few weeks ago. I contacted a sales person named Tanner Finkhouse and discussed this car with him. It had just been brought in and pictures or cleaning hadn’t even been done on it. The car only had 35000 miles on it and Tanner told me he would find out more about it and call me back as I live South of Denver in Colorado. The car was in the service department being looked over and having an alternator replaced on it. I had conversations with Tanner about the condition and general state of the car and he told me he could only find 5 dents in the roof and trunk areas and the car had been checked out by BMW and it is as close to new as can be with only 35000 miles on it. You were asking $13800 and I told him I would purchase it at that as a total out the door price. Good for you guys. I noticed some dash lights on and asked him to make sure that no service lights or any dash warning lights were on. He said the rear brakes needed to be replaced and that the car may have had some hail on it. I asked him to fix the problems and make sure it had a service done as I had a 500 mile plus drive home and he said he would.
I flew into town and he was kind enough to pick me up at the airport and drive me to your dealership. He told me there was good news and bad news. Good news you put new tires on the car as the old ones were causing it to drive funny. Bad news you didn’t get the dents out of the trunk lid. I said that was fine and we proceeded to your dealership. At the dealership I was able to see the car. Not bad but not exactly as described, the carpet had stains in it, the car had been washed but not waxed for some time, the seatbelt light wouldn’t go out, the console lid was broken but all stuff that I was willing to take care of.
On the drive home I noticed the brakes acted funny when you stopped. After arriving home the service engine light was on along with the seat belt light.
Here is what I I found out….
The front control arms, bushings and ball joints were all shot.
The cam position sensor was bad.
The thermostat was bad and would never close and would throw the code for slow warm up
The driver’s seat belt was bad causing the light to stay on
The trunk lights didn’t work because the wiring harness was broken
The new brakes you installed squeak non stop
And what frustrated me the most was there was no oil change done. When I went to do an oil change, as I have lost faith in your word, it was found that the oil was black, and the filter was crushed, damaged and stuck to the housing. It had to be cut to remove it. The oil had not been changed in some time.
Control arms, bushings, ball joints and alignment $950
Can position sensor $220
Seat belt $210
Wiring harness repair $80
Oil change $75
I sent Tanner and email about all of this and never heard back from him. I asked why should I have taken a BMW being sold at a BMW dealership to another BMW shop to have it inspected? I am incredibly disappointed with the lack of inspection on a car that is a BMW being sold by a BMW dealership. When the tires were replaced as they tighten the lugs you can see the tires move because of the bad bushings. It is a sad state when you cannot trust the dealer.
2 weeks later and still no reply from them.
