CONSISTENTLY OVERRATED PIZZA. What used to be the best pizza in the world has degenerated to a pie that is nothing but under-cooked dough. Once expansion took place the inevitable happened: sacrifice quality for profit. What a shame for such a great Lincoln tradition.

Valentinos. Valentinos is probably the best pizza ever. They have been in Lincoln, Ne. exclusively for around 45 years, and have finally started going to other towns around Ne. It is a good tasting pizza with a soft medium crust, so it's not thick like bread, but not crispy like a cracker either. They use a ton of cheese, and you always know what you will be getting when you order pizza from them
