Although I generally like Piezano, I believe that service is extremely important. On Saturday night me and my boyfriend went out, we called in a pizza near closing time but we made sure that it was ok that we did, we were given an hour delivery time. We waited an hour and half and tried calling but they were closed. The next day I called back and spoke with the manager Jeff. I said that we ordered a pizza and wings and they were never delivered to us. He said, very rudely, that the delivery guy went to our apartment and the person who answered the door said they didn't order a pizza. I asked him if someone was here and said that why would I be calling back. Very rudely again responded saying that the delivery guy did come to our apartment. While continuing my argument he hung up on me. In my opinion the customer is always right within reason, but to have a manager treat a customer in that manner is uncalled for.
