Timely & Courteous Service

Alex was very efficient and professional. We have an old house (built in 1935) so plumbing is occassionally an issue. Roto Rooter has been out several times over the years to 'clean us out'. They've always been prompt and do a great job! See you in 5 years!

Same day service

Good service and fixed our problem very quickly. In fact almost too quickly to be charged $100.00. We appreciate that the plumber came the same day that we requested the service and pretty close to the time slot we requested as well. They didn't call to say they wouldn't be there within the two hour time frame but they did take some money off the bill for being late. It took them all of 2-3 minutes, if that, to fix the clogged toilet. The total bill was over $100.00 with the late discount and that seems quite high! My teenage son had to pay the bill since he's the one that flushed the half eaten chicken breast down the toilet. Good lesson in paying for your mistakes I guess. Anyway, as long as we live in Lincoln we will call Roto-Rooter for our plumbing needs!

Great Service and Speed!

What a great service we got from Roto Rooter. The plumber was very quick and gave us great tips so our problem wouldn't happen again. We had a pretty big drain clog and within one hour it was taken care of (after 3 hours working on it myself)! Best plumber we have used in Lincoln!

Our basement flooded over the weekend and being new homeowners we were very nervous and wanted to resolve the issue fast. We called Roto-Rooter here in Lincoln and a plumber arrived the next day. Manager, Mark Cuttler did an excellent job and gave helpful hints concerning the garbage disposal and our piping system. THANKS ROTO-ROOTER!
