Would absolutely come back if in the area. I could see how on a busy day, it would be a nightmare to come here with a sick child. However when we were visiting our in laws over the weekend, my daughter woke up with a fever and had no color. It was the weekend so we could not see her pediatrician even if we were home, but since we were in Lincoln, this Urgent Care was our best option. We must have come at just the right time because registration was very easy and the person at that desk was very nice. The information on the laptops works well and overall my daughter got great care from Bridget, who was just great with my sick little one.
